Accountancy Practice Support

More delivery capacity behind your practice.

We complete agreed recurring and project work as an extension of your team. Your practice keeps the client relationship and controls every handover.

The offer

Capacity matched to the work

Add a delivery team behind your practice for recurring work, planned peaks or a defined clean-up and migration project.

Scope, software, responsibilities, turnaround and the return point are agreed before work starts. Capacity can rise for planned busy periods and settle again afterwards.

The relationship

Your practice remains in control

Your practice remains the client’s primary relationship. Completed work and questions come back through the route agreed with your team.

We speak with a client only when you ask us to, for the purpose and period you agree.

Scope

What we can take on

  • Bookkeeping and day-to-day records
  • Bank and control-account reconciliations
  • Management accounts
  • Year-end working papers
  • Agreed clean-up work
  • Xero and QuickBooks migrations
  • Financial reporting
  • Other back-office work agreed with your practice

Delivery

UK and India delivery, by our own people

The agreed work is completed by iRAISE people in the UK and India. The delivery structure, named contacts and handover timetable are set out in the proposal.

Handover

A clear route through the work

The work moves through one agreed handover while your practice keeps the client relationship.

  1. Agree

Set the scope and return point

Agree on the work, software, information, turnaround and review point before delivery starts.

  2. Assign

    Match people to the workload

Put named contacts and capacity in place for the recurring timetable or project plan.

  3. Complete

    Deliver the agreed work

Complete reconciliations, management accounts, working papers, clean-ups or migrations to the agreed standard.

  4. Return

    Hand back through your practice

Return completed work and review points through your team, ready for your sign-off and client process.

Engagement

How the engagement works

  1. Scope agreed first.

Work, responsibilities, turnaround and review points are written down before delivery starts.

  2. Capacity follows the workload.

The agreed team can increase for planned peaks and reduce again as the volume changes.

  3. Planned peaks have a timetable.

Allow two to four weeks for planned additional capacity. Urgent requests are considered as they arise.

  4. Ongoing terms stay clear.

Ongoing work has a six-month minimum term, followed by 30 days’ notice.

Information security

Access and information handling agreed before work starts

The proposal and engagement documents set out how information moves, who receives access and what happens when the work finishes.

  • Access

    Name the people and systems

We agree who needs access and which systems they need for the work in scope.

  • Exchange

    Set the information route

The handover records how files, questions, completed work and review points move between the teams.

  • International delivery

    Address transfers in writing

Where India delivery is in scope, the engagement documents address access and applicable international-transfer requirements before work starts.

  • Completion

    Agree the handback

The return of completed work and the access changes required at the end of an engagement are agreed with your practice.
