One team for everything
We handle the day-to-day books, the tax filings and the board-level advice in one engagement. One point of contact, one set of numbers, and nothing passed to a partner firm.

UK accounting and CFO advisory
Bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, corporation tax and board-level advice — from one team, with one senior contact accountable for all of it. Head office in Bromley. We act for businesses across the UK.
Why us
Businesses of this size usually run their finances across three suppliers: a bookkeeper, an accountant, and an adviser brought in when a decision matters. Three sets of figures, three invoices, and nobody holding the whole picture.
We handle the day-to-day books, the tax filings and the board-level advice in one engagement. One point of contact, one set of numbers, and nothing passed to a partner firm.
Start with the monthly accounts and add finance leadership when you need it. Scale up at busy times and back down afterwards, with no long-term lock-in beyond a six-month minimum.
We work from the UK, the US, the UAE, India and Singapore. The work carries on outside UK office hours, and you get UK-qualified people on the things that need them.

We do all of it.
Services

CFO-level judgement without a full-time appointment. Board reporting, budgets and forecasts, cash planning, and support through a purchase or a sale.

The monthly cycle, run to a fixed timetable. Books kept current, payroll run on time, and management accounts written to be read at board level.

Corporation Tax, VAT and directors’ tax, prepared correctly. If HMRC gets in touch, we handle the correspondence.
This work is done in-house. Your VAT, PAYE and Corporation Tax are never passed to a partner firm.
Businesses and practices
We act for UK businesses turning over between £5 million and £50 million — large enough to need a proper finance function, not large enough to want to build one in-house.
You get a named contact, management accounts you can act on, and a senior person to call when a decision needs making.
Take on more work without hiring. We act as an extension of your team on day-to-day books, bank reconciliations, management accounts, year-end files and reporting.
Your client hears from you, not from us. We speak to them directly only if you ask us to.
