Delivery model

From the question to the working result

  1. 01

    Define the work

We agree the decision, process or recurring responsibility that needs attention, along with the people and information involved.

  2. 02

    Build the current view

We review the relevant figures, reporting, controls and timetable so the work starts from a shared position.

  3. 03

    Agree the approach

You receive the scope, team, timing and fixed price in writing. The first call and written proposal are free.

  4. 04

    Deliver and report

The team carries out the work, reports progress and measures the result against the agreed objective or timetable.

Why iRAISE

Experience with a clear delivery model

The experience described here spans iRAISE’s global operations. The team assigned to each UK engagement depends on the work and the expertise it requires.

Consulting and implementation

We connect advice with delivery. Each recommendation has an owner, an agreed action and reporting that shows the result.

A scope that follows the work

Start with one service pillar or combine several. Team size, responsibilities, timing and price are agreed in writing before work starts.

Five-location delivery

Our people work from the UK, the USA, the UAE, India and Singapore. UK expertise stays close to UK accounting and tax matters.

100+ years of combined experience

The group includes people with experience in Big Four firms and Fortune 500 companies, brought into an engagement when it is relevant.

Qualified finance expertise

The group’s professional qualification pool spans financial accounting, management accounting and information-systems audit.

Technology with a defined purpose

We use Xero, QuickBooks and automation where they improve accuracy, speed or insight. People remain accountable for every output.

Clients

Who we work with

We work with founders, family businesses, start-ups, growth-stage companies and established organisations preparing for change or international expansion.

We also support UK accountancy practices as an extension of their own team. Turnover helps us route an enquiry, but it is not an eligibility test.

Founders and family businesses

For leaders who want a clear view of performance, cash, tax and the decisions ahead.

Start-ups and growth companies

For teams strengthening forecasts, reporting, governance and funding readiness as the organisation grows.

International expansion

For organisations aligning finance operations, reporting and statutory readiness across markets.

Price

How we price it

There is no price list, because there is no standard month. We agree the scope with you first, then put a fixed figure against it in writing.

Team size, turnaround times and everything in scope are set out before you sign. If the work grows, we agree the change with you before we do it.
